I'd agree it's a good deal. Hope this isn't the new normal for US made Breedlove mandos. But my gut tells me it is.

A steal at that price... these are really well-made, great sounding mandolins...
Sadly the 'devaluation' of the Breedlove name continues apace. Great for buyers looking for a quality instrument at a good price, not so if you already own them....

I agree. Got a mint 2015 Acoustic/Electric Legacy, with a built in K&K for a little over One Grand. MSRP new was $2600.00 Plus. It's beautiful. Looks brand new. Fully bound. Sounds great and plays real easy. Good tone, volume, balance. Was playing it tonight. Love it.
