Smooth hands for playing
Sometimes hands are a bit sticky when playing, don't seem to want to move smoothly
along the neck or fretboard.
By chance I used some Moroccan oil, that I normally use for my face , and rubbed on the palms of my hands, bingo : smooth as butter.
I made sure to rub a tiny amount, one drop, and rubbed it in the palms of my hands for a while, to the point of the hands being dry, so not to get any on the mandolin.
Morrocan Oil is not cheap ,about $15 for a little bottle but it last usually for 3 to 4 months.
get the "light oil version".
Please note, that I have no affiliation or financial interest in Moroccan oil other than using the stuff.
Happy and smooth playing
