Hide Glue Storage

Going through all my tools etc to get rid of stuff. Eyesight has failed to point of being unsafe around tools .. anyway I found a Lee Valley container of hide glue granules about 4 years old. Still sealed and stored in a cool dry place. Discard or give them to somebody to use ?? Thanks for any info.

Hide glue stores indefinitely when kept dry. Use it or give it to someone who will. No need to discard.
