    Default 1906 Stahl Octave Mandola

    Decided to post a video playing an old Stahl octave mandola (octave mandolin). I figured it is such a rare instrument, most folks would never get the chance to hear one. Video is a bit long (three movements to the song) and the recording quality doesn't fully do the instrument justice. The octave has one of the sweetest voices I have heard.
