ivoroid buttons for Grover 309 tuners

Since there haven't been any ivoroid buttons made to fit Grover 309's, are there any available with the holes the right size to fit the 2 shaft flats and can be elongated to fit the 2 opposite rounded sides of the Grover button shaft?

The backup would be to find someone to make some ebony buttons.

Stew Mac has Whole tuner sets with ivoroid or black tuner buttons. just swap the tuners out, someone will like your Grovers and buy them.
