Thread: Eastwood Mandocaster almost too wide for A gig bag

Default Eastwood Mandocaster almost too wide for A gig bag

My Eastwood Mandocaster is too tight across the upper bouts to fit an old A mando bag I have, very well.

Before I spring 39 bucks plus shipping for the official Eastwood bag, will my mando fit a cheap F-style bag?

Looking to save a couple dollars. Thanks for any replies.

Measure, what you have, then ask the seller to state the bag's capacity measurement?

Well, I just put my Eastwood Mandocaster into a Boulder Alpine F-Style Bag(not cheap), and, while I could get it in there and zip up, I'm not going to do it again. Basically, it doesn't work. If you gotta have a bag, get one that fits.

My wife just gave me an old Volkl brand tennis racket bag. The Mandocaster fits perfectly.
