Default Grover 309 tuners - can they take .075 mandocello strings?

I'm looking for tuners for my mandocello that have a big enough eye for .075 mandocello strings. The no-name tuners that I have now will only take a .065 string max.
Does anyone know if the Grover 309 can take .075 strings?

I have drilled them out before, a blues player used 74's for a low E in open C tuning. Worked just fine. Be sure to smooth the edges after drilling.
