Thanks, Marty. How can you tell? Actually, that is Bubinga veneer on the head stock and thoroughly oiled rosewood for the fret board. Standard materials otherwise. Plain sitka and maple.

Didn't realize the video wasn't playing here. Should be working now. This was recorded with an android phone positioned about 5 feet from the mandolin. I'm still exploring the setup, and the intonation wasn't quite right in this recording.
