Hard to say on the price. The Hiscox has to effect that. Don't see these for sale much lately. Normal with the original case, to me, seems to be 900-1200. If I bought it I'd keep it in the Gibson case and sell the Hiscox. The more I look at it it seems a little pricey. I just got a 2002 F-9, slightly blemished, original case with strap, 2 sets of Bill Monroe strings for 1750.00

Sounds like it is overpriced. Thanks for staving off MAS for 1 more day!

I paid $1100 for my A9 with original case 2 years ago. It needed a setup but plays great now. Sounds like this one is overpriced.

1,300-1,400 tops. The case adds some value...

Did not notice the "Soft". Never heard of one. The few F-9's I have seen come in TKL cases. Gibson refers to them as "Custom". THey fit nicely.

Could be wrong, but I couple of "Sold" A9's I managed to find on line, looked like they came with something similar to those "durafoam" or "featherlite" cases.
