If you "hate mics" I'd suggest you avoid the Myers simply on the basis that it IS a microphone (despite the misleading label as as a "pickup"), and an omnidirectional one at that...in restricted spaces, with monitors or mains close by, a recipe for feedback hell.
It sounds like the K&K would probably suit you.
The output is "hot" - but the jack impedance on most mixers is far too low. Some of the Allen + Heath Zed range do have a couple of ultra-high impedance (10M) jacks, but most desks don't. Problem easily solved with a high impedance active DI box or preamp. Then run via XLR into the mic input of your console.
