Custom Tenor guitar pin bridge needed

Hi All,
I am thinking of converting a Harmony H150 "Studio Special" guitar into a wide neck tenor guitar but I need to have a pin bridge made. Anyone out there available???

Do you mean you want to evenly space out four strings over a six string neck?
If so you might find it easier to plug the existing holes in the bridge & re drill them.
I don't know anything about a Harmony H150 "Studio Special, it might be a floating bridge?

I don't think it would be floating if it's a pin bridge.

Eh. You also would fill the holes in the top, plus the bridge holes, leaving the bridge attached, and re-drill. What's the bridge plate like on this Harmony? Lotsa dentistry going on here --speaking of which, get a dentist's mirror and some kinda flashlight, and take a good look at what it's like now.

Harmony instruments tend to be pretty sturdy, though I don't know about this particular model. However, you're gonna be doing a lot of filling and drilling on this one. I'd proceed with caution.

Well yes and no, if you are keeping the standard neck width then the outer holes don't need to be filled, just the inner four?
However... that would be an unusual and different instrument to play, what with such wide string spacing!
Perhaps consider two courses = octave mandolin style.
Most six strings wont produce a very lively sound if you drop the string tension down by almost half!
I have used an easy conversion method for that type on six string conversion. You just need a new nut & drill a few holes in the existing bridge for the pins....

Thanks All for your ideas. The Harmony H150 has the bolt on bridge/saddle combo that is easy to remove and provides a good surface. I have configured a bridge/saddle setup but would like to go deluxe and have a pin bridge made

Harmony screwed some of their pin bridges on as well. You'll need someone to put a bridge plate under the top as well.
