Hey Fox, I haven't done this one in quite awhile, so I got my real book out. It's pretty close. Many ways to interpret this one. A lot of these 3 note chord shapes can function as different chords. Hope it helps.

Thanks for posting this! I learned another version, in another key (I posted the chord tabs here), but it's great to have two versions of such a great song.
