    Default Try to get it right.....not even close...

    Saw this in the The Bay.....says 1929 A4....then gives the serial number and says it is a nice piece from the 40's

    Ah but the keys, pickguard, no truss rod etc tells a different story.....cmon man ....if you are attempting to act like you know something about it then get a little closer

    1917 from the serial numbers. Headstock looks right for that year.... unless he read the serial number wrong. Hundred year old pencil writing is sometimes hard to read

    Perhaps someone from the Cafe has messaged the owner.....or perhaps he or she is on the Cafe but now they have it all buttoned up......no 1940's reference.....no 1929 date... just a nice looking with some wear A4 that is worthy for someone to buy.....not for the $2200 price but it would be a good instrument at $1800 or so....
