If I Love Again as played by the Clifford Brown - Max Roach Quintet. The melody and Browns solo are transcribed in the PDF file attached above. The cut is here:

Clifford and Wes Montgomery are my favorite soloists from the bebop - hard bop era. Great development of ideas in both players. You can see more of both at the "Transcriptions" page at www.Jazz-Mandolin.com Enjoy!

Thanks, Pete. I've printed it out and placed it on my music stand. I'll add it to my practice regime.

    Thanks Pete!

One question though, how did Clifford play the double stops on the trumpet?

    Practice

The two lines are played by the two horns (Clifford and Harold Land on tenor). If the tune is not to fast you can get both lines. The top note is the melody.

In measure 26 the D# is tied to the next measure but the tab shows a D natural. Is this wrong? Do the D's in mesure 27 remain sharp?

Yes, the D# is tied. Finale doesnt always follow the notes in the tab.

I would recommend any serious Jazz player to read standard notation and dispense with tab. You'll find much more instructional material.
