Practice

The two lines are played by the two horns (Clifford and Harold Land on tenor). If the tune is not to fast you can get both lines. The top note is the melody.

In measure 26 the D# is tied to the next measure but the tab shows a D natural. Is this wrong? Do the D's in mesure 27 remain sharp?

Yes, the D# is tied. Finale doesnt always follow the notes in the tab.

I would recommend any serious Jazz player to read standard notation and dispense with tab. You'll find much more instructional material.
