This Day In History
From the homepage:
April 10, 1986,
Issue #1 of the Mandocrucian's Digest published by Niles Hokkanen.
Where does the time go...simply amazing that 31 years have passed. But, I seem to recall its predecessor Galactic Crossroads predated this rag by a few/several years. Can anyone confirm, maybe Niles hisownself?

Re: This Day In History
Same rag...I just changed the name at issue #10. There had been The Mandolin World News. I figured, why not think "bigger"...like interstellar? (obscure joke)
The Mandocrucian thing originated as a parody, back in the early 80s, of cults such as the Rosicrucians, along with some inspiration from cartoonist (and Cheap Suit Serenader) Robert Armstrong's Couch Potatoes comic strips.
31 years! ....hard to believe. Makes this flash before my eyes.
Where would we all be without cartoons?
