Re: range of values for possible sale
I know a guy in a professional bluegrass band that's used one of these for decades. I'd think this a great mandolin for sub-$1K. I'm sort of surprised it wouldn't sell for $1.2K or better.
The, "integrated fingerboard" matter is meaningless to me. The fact that Carlson and crew knew how to carve is more important, to me.
Good luck in your sale. That said, many guitar players learn to enjoy mandolin. It's such a fun melody instrument!
