    I had the neck reset on mine, and now I have a nice tall bridge...if you like the general tone/response, might be worth putting a little TLC into it.

    Aren't those groove filed in the bone saddle rather seriously deep? Sounds nice, though.

    Yes, very. I talked to the seller, who sent me a prepaid shipping label to send it back and is issuing a full refund. I think it needs a neck reset and new saddles, so outside of what I want to get involved in, especially for the price.

    Full marks to Chicago Music Exchange for customer service, though!

    Oh well at least there are a few cheap brand new tenors around that sound and work extremely well......perhaps look to buy one of them.
