Thread: Some new emandos in process

Default Some new emandos in process

I haven't posted much on the cafe over the last couple months but wanted to make sure people knew that I was still around and actively building. I get a fair amount of emails asking if I'm still building. Thought I'd post what I've been up to the last couple months. Decided to build a large batch of emandos along with some tenor guitars.

I think that definitely qualifies as a "large" batch!

I said to myself, "Well, I have the wood. I have the forms out and I have the time."

Great looking instruments! Thanks for sharing! Are all of the instruments shown spoken for?

I'll take the Strat shape in the upper right corner with 2 white PAF pickups.

I wouldn't describe that as Strat shaped. Poor photo quality. Two or three of those K series in this batch. Go to shop page of my website. Its #78.

Looking great Andrew! Glad to see that you're still at it. You make some very fine instruments.

Sorry Andrew. In my search for a short hand description, that's what I came up with. It's no Flying V

Just giving you a hard time. It's actually based on an Alembic design. Although several people say it looks like a PRS.
