So far I found 5 Warren Ellis tenor guitars for sale on the internet. All had the 3 up/1 down configuration and all were made in Korea (from the label on the headstock).
Blueridge BR-60T Tenor Guitar
Eastwood Warren Ellis 2P Tenor Guitar
4 in line, exactly like the picture.

Just took delivery of a Warren Ellis 2P in black. Headstock is the four-on-one-side configuration. Sticker says made in Korea.
NONE of the QC issues mentioned in this thread. Clean screw holes, clean cavity, no fretboard gouges, cleanly cut pickguard. Definitely seems to be a quality disconnect between Korean and Chinese Eastwoods.
After playing it nonstop for 24 hours, I gotta say I'm totally in love with this guitar, but it definitely suffers the tone pot issue the OP mentioned. Definitely going to switch to CTS pots and an orange drop capacitor.
Glad yours is working out for you. Mine has been banished to the closet for months now. Think I'm going to sell it.
