I have some humbuckers from Pete, and I think the Aggressor is good choice for at least the reason it comes with the larger adjusting screws. I found I had to remove the A pole screw and put a capless set screw in to balance the very strong A string. The large-head screws are good for increasing the strength of the weaker strings, and replacing one makes a big difference.
The magnets in these are neodynium discs set into the underside, with a slightly larger one for the E. I would like it if the A magnet was smaller, but for most people using a bright tone the E will keep up ok. My video clips using an Almuse 10-string are with its original Wolfbuckers. No distortion or effects, just the camera mic in the room with small amp.
Check out Steve Ryder's pickups---he's in the U.S. and shipping is faster and cheaper. Sound is excellent. For adjusting string balance you do have to push poles up or down. This is the Fender style--where the poles are the magnets (Alnico). It is a minor hassle, but once you have it right it's not like you have to keep doing it. But it does require using pliers to squeeze a pole upward or down, when dismounted. If the pole is not too tight you can tap on it to drive it down, but the best thing is to do this when dismounted. My sound clips are mainly Ryder pickups.

I use a 5 pole Agressor pickup on these vids :
I like this pickup. It has a very high output level.

Another vids with this pickup :
No weak E string with the agressor. (The mando is a Moongazer "Déjà Vu" kit).

That psychedelic wah-wah sound is compelling on the Bobover Khupe March -what are you running the mandolin through on that number?
My son was playing with my wahwah pedal when I was playing the mandolin... (His top head appears at the end of the video)...
I thought it was funny, so I don't re-record the tune...

It's good to have an in-house sound engineer ;-)
I have one that's switchable for coil splitting and phase reversing, and it's pretty monstrous through a good amp. The one I have is piercingly bright, and overdrives the amp into distortion if you look at it wrong.
