I'm sure she would do an A-4, you would need to email her a good front picture of the mandolin and she should be able to do it. She is also making banjo tags. I had put the link and picture of it on the Banjo Cafe, and for some ultra bizarre reason the moderator took it off. Not a real good valid reason........
