Everything else aside, the shipping price has nothing to do with any custom duties, import duties, taxes etc. That's on the buyer and I don't know how that is handled on an Express Mail Service delivery. That would be on anything over $200.00 sale price. Then there is a separate duty on anything made in Vietnam.
No need to get into all that.

Two and a half years isn’t bad for a revival, some have gone five or six. Just so people use the information to best advantage, age doesn’t matter. It’s good to learn from older informers too(read “Old coots” like me) when they have something important to share.
