I got a new piece of gear for recording last week, and have been fooling around with it. I play most of the bluegrass instruments, and decided to record Cabin in Caroline, a Flatt & Scruggs number from the '40s. On mandolin I played a pretty simple break, not overly traditional but not Thile either. lol
