Default The new Mandolin Cafe case sticker

Here's a preview of the new Mandolin Cafe case sticker that should be arriving in a few weeks. Still negotiating with the printer. This is a die cut sticker meaning the shape is not rectangular but rather custom shaped to fit the design as shown below. It's larger than the old sticker and is being made to just fit inside of a regular business size envelope. As with past stickers we will be allowing the option of people getting these free by mailing a stamped & self-addressed envelope to us or having us pay for the postage and envelope with any modest donation.

To answer the inevitable question, no plans to offer other shapes. Also, do not start sending those envelopes yet. It's a very large and very expensive order so no danger of running out soon.

Actual size will be approximately 3.5" x 8.5".

NOTE: you can right-click the image and select "View Image" to see a larger version.

    Scott,

    That looks great!

What would be an appropriate donation say if one wanted 10?

    $10-$15 or so?

That's more than necessary. Don't have the final numbers but these will run 25-30 cents apiece by the time they're in stock. That's not much unless you're ordering 8-10K or possibly more which is what we'll need so we don't run out in 6 months. As I said, happy to send a couple free with an envelope and postage provided but no sense in anyone donating $1 which some do. PayPal takes 33 cents out of a dollar and then if I throw in the stamp it's an exercise in futility by the time a custom Cafe envelope is added. We don't get these printed to make money but there's also no sense in someone forcing us to lose money in the process. I'd rather give them away than force both parties to take a loss. Hopefully people understand that.

So, should I send a buck and a S.A.S.E for two? You can't do this for free Scott, you do enough, Pal.

Wait until they're printed, please. We're still picking a printer and Missus Mandolin Cafe is handling that between caring for her mother who is in the time of life to leave the planet with cancer. She's spending a week with her in Wisconsin starting tomorrow. Happy to provide them free to those willing to send a self-address/stamped envelope. It's like giving away music and asking for a donation. Most don't, some do more than their share, all works out in the end.

A great new sticker Scott. It might help to give the general public a hint as to what's in our cases. I'll be ordering some.
