I am the proud owner of this tenor and it is lovely ! I've changed the tuners and knobs for black ones, looks as good as it sounds !

:confused: You could take four mandolin strings off so it's just single course. I've done this with mine after playing tenor banjo and electric mando so I don't 'trip up' !

Interesting comments so far. I've sold my other instruments (except the tenor banjo...sorry!), so can concentrate on mandos without being sidetracked ! Hoping to learn a lot more English dance tunes...

Bridge pickup a bit harsh. I'm all for simplicity myself, if there's only one p/up you just get on with playing instead of fiddling with settings ! :confused:
