    Nope. Roanoke might be referred to as The 'Noke, Big Lick, or the Star City, but I've never seen it denoted Rva, which has always been Richmond. But that might all fall under local knowledge.

    With the measurements on the wikipedia page this appears to be a meydan sazi. 70 cm for the neck length and 112 for the wire.
