    Re: Posting Tablature Files?

The other thing to do is see if your printer has a "PDF" or "Save to PDF" button. My HP printer does a fine job of turning everything I have into a pdf file.
  7. Re: Moving to Portland OR - Suggestions Wanted

Thanks to everybody for the tips. They all go into the "Moving to Portland" book. Maybe I'll get a chance to hear the tiltman's band when I'm visiting the sister in early April. Thanks again, one and...

I get to retire at the end of May of this year and my bride and I are moving to Portland, Oregon where the air is clean and the water tastes good right out of the tap. I'll be up the second week of...
  9. Re: Why no "A" note in the 4 finger D chop chord?

Plus, you have all the other instruments playing the a note so we mando players don't have to. (And we have the smallest instrument so we can skimp on a note or two ).

You did the right thing. You didn't rant, you didn't throw the sound guy under the bus, you soldiered on. Getting off the stage and setting up in the middle of the circle as people gather 'round is a...
