    Mandolin sounds ok. But I notice more of a lean on the treble side post that the bass side.
    Iíve tried loosening strings and pulling it back, but it just pulls forward...

    Got to try an Eastman MDO305 today at Steilberg Strings in Louisville Ky.
    Loved it. Wonít be there long. I want it, but just canít justify it yet. Someday...If interested check out his website.

    Today I got to play at a civil war re-anactment. Iím ok in D,G and A but C was a bit of a struggle. Chords I figured out ok, but melody was a bit of a struggle. Capo, or just get my C fingering down?

    I found a great YouTube of Richie Stearns playing Waterbound on tenor guitar. I normally listen to him playing clawhammer banjo. I donít know how to share the video but itís worth a look.
