    Not sure which McClung model it is, but I took it off one of my mandolins and it fits the octave just fine.

    I had a standard McClung on my MDO-305 & it fit perfectly. I was planning on upgrading the tuners but never got around to it before selling it for an upgrade. It's a great instrument for the price...

    I advise anyone to forget about tab playing. It's a dead end lane, always dependent on this daft method. Instead learn the notes on the fretboard, learn the basics of music theory and muddle through....
