I'm from a small town of 500 people, and I, along with my brothers and friends, have a cabin (only one on the lake). There's nobody around for miles and it's great to sit around a fire and strum some...
hey Logan,...I'm new at this mando thing too. I've played guitar for many years but mandolin is very different.
I picked up a cheap used Aria AZ218(made in Japan) to learn on, but I'll be looking...
You can make mine, Rick Simon.....thanks!
Very catchy, and well done Bill. I really enjoyed that tune!
wow!,.....
Bel ouvrage, mon ami!
Hi Barry,...I'm sure You and Sabine will be those beautiful mandos for many years to come.
Enjoyed your website!,...have a good day!
Just tell the guy that you've had a change of heart. If he's a musician, he's obviously fallen in love with an instrument at one time or another....he'll understand!

Thanks Lefty!,...I'll look that up...
Thanks John,...think I'll try to find a local Luthier...

Yep!,...sure would be a fun gig to watch!
Yes,...That IS what it's all about! :mandosmiley:
Cool,...got this one saved now!
Thanks Charley, I'm gonna look for these books! ;)
Might as well jump in here...
I'm retired now, but I was a controlroom operator in a sulphuric acid plant. I'm also a Gas Technician, Vol. Firefighter, Stationary Eng, and I rebuild Barton Gauges on...
Hi Kristallyn,...thanks for the welcome. I'm trying to find someone who lives in my area to teach me, but in the meantime, I'm starting to put some chords together...:)
Thanks Francois and Anita...
Thank you all, very much....
Thanks for the welcomes...
FNOG,........I kinda like that!
Hi all,...just bought my first mandolin! I finally decided at 54 to try to learn to play this instrument. I'm not sure where to start, but I'm sure I'll ease my way into it somehow. By the way,..nice...
