    Thanks! I'm loving the fuller sound that you can get with a good octave mandolin and pedal tones. Just don't ask me how I sound in say...Bb or Ab.

    Keep in mind too, that mandolin in Celtic/Irish settings is relatively new compared to other instruments. But as learning any genre, you'll have a better base if you use a variety of sources.

    Sounds great! I'm curious as to what specifically makes this two voices versus traditional double stops? Is it because you're plucking the strings with separate fingers simultaneously?
