    Re: Did someone say PICKS?

That's the guy that always shows up at the jam session and never seems to have pick. Hey, can I borrow a pick? Always forgets to give it back.

    Very classy mandolin.

I have to say though that picture freaked me out at first. I thought why in the world would you prop your mandolin up like that. Then I realized it was just the way the...

Re: 1976 Gehrardt Green F5 Pictures

You can read more about this mandolin at harryandjeaniewest.com. It is still listed on their site under vintage instruments. This was definitely a huge step outside the box in 1976.

Re: Doyle Lawson One Tear Solo

Would love to find a copy of this Doyle Lawson book. Internet search only turns up 1 at a site with pretty poor reviews. If anybody has any leads I would love to hear about it.

    Thanks, Adam

I enjoyed the interview. I ran up on there you tube videos a few years ago, and have enjoyed them. The Price Sister have some good videos out there. Really like her picking also.

That Eight More Miles video is one of my favorites. That's one smooth rendition there. Carl's harmony is awesome too.

I'm with Pops1 and Rodger. Stays tucked in the strings or in my hand. I keep a couple of cheap spare picks in my case if some one needs a pick.
