    Just filed and re-slotted a replacement saddle for my PML. The need to do this is because the slots on this particular mandolin have to be 'offset' way to the edge of the usable indents.

    I think I may be able to shed some light. I met a picker at a festival just after he'd dropped his BC pick. As he scanned and probed the ground all around him he did have a certain je ne sais quois...
