    Greetings,
All I know is that I played one today and loved it. Great feel and tone. Tight bottom end. Clear highs. Nice size neck.
In my opinion, it blows away any other under $500. Mando that I...

    Re: String damper ???

Yea I just put new strings on my Weber. I'm not quite sure how to re install the little leather strip.

It doesn't sound as good now either. Frustrating.

Yeah, I just bought an A8 today. Great natural sound! Mine has an adjustable bridge. The best thing about these mandos is that they don't feedback! All good brother! Regards, B

Re: Godin A8 Vs Epiphone MM50E

I have some pretty high end mandos and wanted to play one at church too. I tried a few different pickups and hated them all. Shrill sound and bad feedback.

    Re: Martin D 28 vs Martin D 35

If you are getting a Martin d-28 all the new ones are nothing special. You need to spend a few extra pecos and get the Martin HD-28V. Nicer finish and the forward scalloped bracing makes all the...

  9. Re: Weber BitterRoot A VS. Kentucky KM1000 Blacktop

I have a Flatiron/Gibson Master model Performer-A that has a super loud chop and very clear high notes, it's great in Bluegrass circles indeed. I just bought a Weber Bitterroot F-Style. The Weber...

    Re: Incoming Larrivee A33

Hi. I finally got to try a Larrivee F-Style mando. Nice tone, fit and finish, cool woods and color. My only complaint is thay narrow neck at the nut. 1 1/16" makes it though to play down low. I much...

    Re: Epiphone mm-50e

I finally tried one of those MM-50E mandos yesterday. I liked it so much I'm thinking of buying one for myself! Great pick-up on that thing. Nice woody chop, good intonation. How can you lose for...

    Re: Epiphone MM-50E Professional

I think that the MM-50E is perfect the way it is. You can take it to the pub, plug into the PA and go. At it's price point you don't have to be to concerned about it. Good enough for a semi-pro...
