One of the string points snapped off my tail piece for my 515 and Eastman sent me a replacement tail piece.
I took out the 3 screws from the old one, but the strap button would not come...

Came down yesterday morning to find that one of the points that holds an E string snapped off the tailpiece :(
Did some searching on the forum and sounds like there is discussion...

I have been going to that semi regularly over the last ~4 months and there is always a good, friendly crowd.

Anyone else have trouble getting the tail cover off their km-150 to change strings ? The one on my recently purchased 150 is super tight and i am scared to apply to much pressure to remove it.
