I used to play Birdland Breakdown with my french band "Wondergrass". Here in 2007 at the second La Roche Bluegrass Festival.

Mandalorians here?
I like "Frau Bluecher" a lot, but "Fronkenshteen Junior" could be more appropriate. Glad to see Mel Brooks isn't forgotten!
Yes indeed, Bruce. I went through a divorce (ouch!) and then a stroke left me in a wheel chair in 2016. But I'm well, alive, and still enjoying music listening and the great Mandolin Cafe.
Glad to hear you, Bruce!
No offense, but for the record, it's Epernay, not Epernais. Sorry, I hope I'm not rude here, Philippe.
Congrats, Pete! Take it easy and thanks for the good work, Philippe.197224
Hello, I don't know but I suggest you join the F(French) BMA here :https://www.france-bluegrass.fr
Why? it's got 4 (double course) strings, not 8...
Plus one for Mile Twelve! I saw them in 2019 at La Roche Bluegrass Festival, and they were great.
David Grisman: Crusher.
+1 for McClungs. Beautiful & comfortable armrest.
I'm using the Hercules too.
+1 for Planxty. David Grisman first Quintet album certainly changed a lot of things for us listeners...
I bought my M150 round picks directly from Michel Wegen (3 for 15€) years ago.
Neither Chris Thile nor Jimmy Hendrix demonstrate anything. They play "their" way. As a sixty years old lefty player, I'm tired of hearing people (righty or lefty) wanting to show me the "right" way,...
We had a blast last friday at La Roche Bluegrass Festival with Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen... (top of the crop, IMHO)
blue-tack versus bluetack...
Miss him. Listening to "The Lady & The Unicorn" and "Solomon's Seal" right now.
Happy birthday Mr. David Grisman! I heard (listened thousand times!) Muleskinner first, then Old & In The Way, but... your music really changed my life, back in 1977...
