I agree with Tom, and you can't be too careful with set up and breakdown before and after a gig. Knotting or kinking cables is a sure way to break the wire indside, and keep them from being walked on...

Part of my problem is the threaded screw poles are sligthly bent forward toward the fingerboard, from pressure I guess. Whats the best way to straighten these without damaging the threads?
