Depending on the length blade you need, Grizzly Industrial generally has 1/8" blades available and can ship them quickly. In fact, I happen to be installing one of their 1/8" 18-tooth raker blades...
A pair of diagonal cutters would cost a lot less and would accomplish the same function more efficiently.
Talk with Tony Williamson (he's probably on here). He's right down the road and won't steer you wrong.

I've been having excellent luck with Gluboost Fill 'n' Finish products. If you use their accelerator, it cuts cycle time way down. That and a stack of Micromesh pads should get you where you want...
