I use d'addario j74 s too. I'm going to try putting the little leather strip above the nut like the video. Plus grommets down below. Weber bitterroot.
Yea I just put new strings on my Weber. I'm not quite sure how to re install the little leather strip.
It doesn't sound as good now either. Frustrating.
