    Don MacRostie is building some absolute killer mandolins these days. I had the chance to play one of his new “Cox” Loar F5 models recently and it’s a cannon.

    My Fletcher tenor is much, much woodier and complex than what that video indicates, but I play further up the neck toward the sound hole. Nice picking in the video, though! Thanks for sharing.
