I just acquired a nice Leonardo Genaro violin in great condition.
Nice Lifton case also.
Anyone have any idea what one of these is worth.
You should be able to use a pliers to slightly bend the edges of your tailpiece to make the cover fit tighter.
Happy birthday Ken.
AnnaLee #330 is still the favorite of all my mandolins.
A work of art...!

:disbelief:
That is "Gregory Spatz."
John Reichmann's fiddle player, Gregory Spitz wrote a book about a mandolin\fiddle player called "Fiddlers Dream".
It is a very good book
Just use both hands and pull the bridge saddle back towards the tailpiece.
Then check intonation.
The bridge is not fixed so intonation cabe adjusted by moving it back or forward.
Ken,
So sorry to hear of your accident. Sometimes stuff just happens. Usually for a reason. Maybe while you are recuperating, you will paint your most famous painting.
I still love my angel...
Bill,
Here is my first try.....!!!!
Ken
Bill,
I couldn't open your private message.
Please try again.
I will also try to post some pictures. Never have done that yet.
Ken
It has a very, very slightly canted top. Flat back
It looks identical to yours. It even has a similar bridge.
I could email you pictures.
It looks exactly like my Supertone mandolin except mine has a clamshell tailpiece
Call Rigel, he will have one.
What kind of pick would a picker pick if a picker could pick one?
Stewmac sells bridge blanks 7"x1/2"x21/8" in ebony and rosewood
I can't seem to find a website for newson mandolins anymore. Anyone know where Paul can be reached...?
Ken,
That one is beautiful. If it sounds one half as good as mine, this person is going to be happy. I would never sell mine now. It sounds amazing.
I love my painting also. Everyone who see's...
I recieved my new Silverangel on Friday. #330, (Annalee). This mandolin is a true work of art. The disteressing looks so real, the colors are perfect and the sound/tone are out of this world. ...
