    The plates should be carved from the outside first to establish the arching height and the arching profile you want. If you start from the inside first you are working blind.

    It looks the bridge is too far forward. Measure from the nut to the 12th fret, the distance from the 12th fret to the bridge saddle should be the same or slightly longer.
    I don't see any thing amiss...
