    Might try Liquid skin on your fingertips to seal em also. I know gloves won't help. I have washed dishes for a pay before. The gloves unless they are scuba quality and tight will only make it worse....

    It is the skin that seems to tighten. Backs of our hands are dry by normal standards. Daily immersion will only make it worse. Lotion for the hands and give your callouses a couple hours after work...
