    No distortion with amp volume turned up all the way.I have never used any other battery powered amps.(this one can switch to ac)The Baggs pre amp has many settings.I plugged in the acoustic simulator...

    The decals are different from the banjos.The shape is different and the lettering is not in right direction on the mandolins.Maybe someone had these decals and put them on.

    Two at reverb both blemished.$295 for steel string,$265 for nylon.I hope someday to play one in a store.They look the same except for the bridge.
