    Re: Did someone say PICKS?

I'll check my old stash of picks. Think I may have some of those old Fender confetti picks. If I do I will PM you and pay it forward as it were.

    Re: A request of builders

I have to weigh in here, not as a builder or repairman, just a picker.

Won't say the man's name here but a very highly regarded mandolin personality, repairperson at a traditional old manufacturer...

Re: No mando content: Remembering Ginger Baker

I have to sympathize with his family, especially his son.

Ginger Baker seemed like a walking contradiction.

Surely "Animal" the drummer for Dr.Teeth and The Electric Mayhem Muppets band was...

    Re: Vulfpeck - Thile appearance

As I understand the word "pretentious",Chris Thile is surely not that.

He was not attemting to impress by affecting greater importance, talent, etc. than he actually has.

  10. Re: Did you catch the Ken Burns Country Music series opening?

Before the series even started it was mentioned that,as in-depth as this series is,someone's favorite would be left out. "Country Music" covers a lot of ground. There are plenty of disussions about...
