    Matt's F5's are currently prices at $7K the last I heard. Well worth it in my view. Wienman F5's are about $6K(also well worth it in my limited view:) So many exceptional builders in today's mando...

    I've found that playing mandolin strengthens my overall technique. It's possible to become rusty on guitar but at least for me my overall skill improved( i think)

    The Band Jackstraw

    Have folks heard of a Northwest group called Jackstraw? I watched them play live last evening with friends. Truly outstanding musicians, bluegrass performers.
