I got a really wild one, I'm in Monterey Ca about 2 1/2 hours south of the Bay Area, so I look on CL all the time. I saw some great deals on vintageConn pre-amp (12au7) tubes so I responded. I get a...

I was told that those strings....(at 16 bucks a set)....had not be transitioned to plastic yet...unlucky for me I guess I was in direct contact with Players Circle Chat, that was what I was told
I ordered direct from D'Addario, yes I contacted them, yes those that live by the sea have to deal with rust, these were fresh from the factory.
I'm having the same issue with EXP 74's were yours in paper like mine?
I ordered a bunch of New York Steel EJ 74's, they came in paper wrappers and some of them have rust/discoloration on them, I contacted customer service but I will only say it's possibly a phone call...
I had one for a while, with a CA bridge, it's hard to go wrong for the cash...enjoy it, mine was beautiful
Will there be new case stickers with the new look?
It makes it look funny to me, kind of out of balance I guess but who am I to talk about balance?
what about the position of the bridge? looks cool. I had a Paris Swing that looked a little like it, beautiful but kind of a dud
Gryphon is a fantastic store, great people, the best luthiers, amazing stock and a great attitude. I try not to go cause there are some fine treats in that place...+1 for Frank and the crew

Just one here, went through a raft of them for a few years but settled on my Lebeda Jazz Supreme. About 6 months ago I bought a Kentucky A, very nice, brought it home, changed the strings, played it...
