    Site-wide changes are occurring

In preparation for the next generation of Forum software we have plans to launch in the future--no firm date for that roll-out at this moment--we're expanding the width of the entire site, which,...
  5. 1955 Gibson Les Paul Tenor Prototype

I'd call this rare, unusual. Don't know a thing about them, but the owner -- Maestro A Gregory

Re: The Mandolins and Beer Podcast

Working with Daniel for the Cafe to be one of his permanent sponsors. This is one of the best new additions to the internet for mandolin promotion since Mandolin Mondays in my opinion.

Re: The Mandolins and Beer Podcast

Daniel, I'm practicing up for the interview you'll record with me this week. That's OK, right? I do happen to have a genuine Irish pint glass but seems more civil to drink out of Waterford crystal.

Noting today's anniversary of this feature on three important musicians and the recording they made that was very well received.
  14. Alex Heflin on the Eastman ER-M mandolin

Terrific video by Alex Heflin who should be a familiar name of many, his take on Django Reinhardt's "Douce Ambiance" on the new Eastman ER-M El Rey mandolin.

Re: The Mandolins and Beer Podcast

Daniel, a suggestion: think you should look for a way for the podcast listening to be based on a web based landing page instead of the sound file itself. Podcasts are usually RSS driven and that's...
