I really like the Fulltone Fulldrive and you gotta have a Boss chromatic tuner pedal.

IMO digitech and other inexpensive multi effects are more toys than useful devices. Be careful when you look at them, they can seem really cool in the store and then after a few weeks of having them...

I like mogami or canare cable. A 15' cable with high quality connectors can be found on eBay for ~$25. IMO the super expensive cables are a big waste of money.
