I think that Matt is a very burning player. Where is he?

Matt quit music and got a real job. He may or may not have actually thrown one of his mandolins into a river.
I once had a random encounter with Mike Gordon (bassist for Phish) in the Minneapolis airport, and we spent a bunch of time talking about the mandolin. According to him, Matt had a nervous breakdown (or something vaguely along those lines) and really doesn't play music at all any more, even for himself.
